About
Web Coding Videos is a free resource that provides video training for HTML and CSS coding. This site was created out of a frustration with learning from shoddy online tutorials and flipping through massive reference books (if you’ve ever tried holding a 300 page book open while typing code you know what I’m talking about). The idea for this site had it’s genesis while I was sitting in traffic (where else do good ideas come from?). I wrote a note that read “make video website for coding” on a scrap of paper in my car. This site is a result of that idea and will be continually evolving as I add more videos and as technologies change.
Web Coding Videos is made freely available, but it costs time and money to produce and deliver the videos to you. As a matter of fact it costs me money each time a video is viewed on the site. If this resource is a valuable tool for you (and maybe saves you money and frustration learning from books and outdated tutorials) then consider donating a few bucks to the cause. Also, please visit the sponsored ads that interest you throughout the site.
This resource is about helping you learn. If you have questions or suggestions I invite you to make use of the contact form to submit your inquiry or suggestion. You can also make use of the commenting feature on each tutorial page.
Happy Coding,
Ben
